A good dialogue process is creating value, allowing real connection and self-knowledge to generate development for people and the organisation.
JOIN our next Horizontal Leadership Circle session to look into the conditions that support this space and practice one of our most effective tools for creating dialogue, insight and movement.
Horizontal Leaders’ Circle is an international online-circle for everyone who wants to train and improve their leadership skills and meet leaders from around the world.
The circle sessions are practical and inspiring and will be held monthly from May to November 2023. The sessions are set up in such a way that you can work on your current leadership issues.
In 2022, participants from 15 countries came together to exchange and support each other’s development.
The first Session – Creating dialogue is held on the 25th of May 2023 at 18:30-20:10h CET via Zoom.
In this Horizontal Leadership Circle session we will look into what conditions support a good dialogue space and practice one of our most effective tools for creating dialogue, insight and movement.
