Alice Wei Wang joined IMO in January 2024. She participated IMO masterclass in 2021 and finished IMO School and The Art of Consultancy afterwards. She facilitated the fourth masterclass in China and is working on practicing IMO methodology with more clients.
She currently holds the positions of Secretary General of PILC and General Manager of HuaDao Learning and Development Center.
Professional experience
Alice worked for Honeywell nearly 20 years. She served as General Manager of Industrial Automation Control Services in Honeywell Greater China region, the Financial director of Honeywell Greater China region, and General Manager of Sinopec Honeywell company
She also served Kennametal Greater China as Director of Shared Services, responsible for administration, finance, human resources, legal and customer service.
She also won President Club from Honeywell as well as Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
Coaching Experience
She has put the concept of LMI into practice to improve the leadership and performance of the team and organization with its positive attitude towards life, rich industry experience, good communication skills and solid coaching skills.
She is a certified coach by ECCP, MBTI, Harrison assessment, Erikson coaching academy and International Coaching Academy.
Most of her clients are world top 500 enterprises and domestic famous companies, including IBM, Oracle, Motorola, Microsoft, Jingdong, Lenovo, Unicom Group, Alcon (China), provice consulting, achuraga catering, Wenhao Hongbo Group, Beijing lvyintiandi, Qixing camp education, Eaton education group, qitianzhen education group, lefeng.com, Haike chemical group, etc. provide coaching services for hundreds of middle and senior managers of domestic and foreign enterprises
Alice starts to learn IMO since 2021. She is now an IMO consultant serving for IMO master class training and now trying to deliver more consultancy service Chinese clients.
Voluntary service
In 2015, Alice joined the Professional Committee on sustainable development of Beijing International Exchange Association and served as Secretary General. She is also one of the earliest member of setting up Huadao ecological community at Chongzhou Chengdu. Now she serves as the leader for this eco-community which was awarded by Global Ecovillage Network as one of the 20 global regenerative communities.
At the same time, she participated in and organized various international exchange activities, organized international forums, and jointly promoted cultural and cultural exchanges between China and foreign countries with the United Nations and European countries.
