Benny Xue (Chinese name: Ning Xue) joined IMO in 2023. He is an IMO consultant, Biographical coach, and a university teacher. He used to be an electronic engineer who had held various positions in the military and schools. He is personally interested in exploring health, gardening, and economics, and has also been learning courses on anthroposophical medicine, clowning, and art therapy since 2018.
He met IMO in 2021 and really enjoys IMO methodology. To some extent, IMO’s pursuit of goals is similar to the Chinese cultural concept of “unity and solidarity,” but IMO provides a practical path to achieve it. On the other hand, IMO methodology can be very helpful for individuals in their work and personal lives, both in enhancing their leadership qualities and cultivation, as well as improving their lean capabilities. Currently, he is working on small micro projects to support personal and organizational development, and is also committed to promoting IMO methodology in China.
