May Yang (Chinese name: Hongmei Yang) joined IMO in 2023. She has the following titles like:

- Pioneer in Visual Thinking Application, Proposer and Creator of Venue Building Technology
She is devoted to Systematic Thinking and Integrated Application Research of Multiple Intelligences, Group Collaboration, and Process Guidance. She has 20 years of experience in training, consulting, and management at world’s top 500 enterprises, and 8 years of independent entrepreneurship. As a pioneer in visual thinking, she launched the visual thinking community development in China in 2013, dedicating to promoting the application of visual thinking in organizational, individual, and cognitive levels, to stimulate organizational effectiveness, individual creativity, breakthroughs in thinking and cognition, and has begun to explore the research and practice of venue building, integrating venue building technology with research and practice in diverse scenarios such as business, education, society, and personal learning and growth, thus initiating a trend of visual thinking, venue building application and practice.
