As a founder and entrepreneur, I have been amazed to see what is possible when everyone – from the managers, employees, customers and suppliers – work together in a “truly” solution-oriented way. Good decisions resulting from good cooperation – whether in the business or non-profit sector – are associated with a feeling of ease, correctness and trust, even in critical phases. My work as a consultant and coach takes place in this area of tension. It is always about development. Currently, my main focus is on horizontal leadership and startups. I am located in Berlin.
