Katja joined IMO in January 2020.

After graduating my BBA in Economics and Marketing and my First degree in Psychology, I moved to Israel. From 2004 to 2022, I have been working at Galilee International Management Institute, a private training institute. Amongst many other tasks, I was in charge of building and leading training programs in Israel and in Africa on various topics for senior public and private sector executives in several African countries, managing negotiations for cooperation agreements with various international and local organizations in Africa and Europe.

During all these years, I have met hundreds of professionals, mainly from Africa, willing to bring change and development to their organisations, their communities through knowledge and experience they could learn from Israel.

In 2019, I joined the IMO client conference in Holland and then took part in a training given by Ronen Hahn on Horizontal Leadership.

Today, I am working as an independent consultant and facilitator, leading workshops and short trainings to wide publics, from directors in the public and private sectors in Israel and in Africa to high school pupils and women circles.

I am a perpetual student and love to acquire new tools to attend to individuals and groups of people (natural nutritionist; reflexologist; facilitator of participatory processes).

I believe that IMO will help me to ask the right questions and encourage people to discover and develop their leadership and their own impulse. This will lead to a higher commitment of each one of us for the wellbeing of everyone.
