Het wil gezien en erkend worden als een plaats waar organisatie-adviseurs een gemeenschap vormen die onderzoeken en ondernemen met elkaar en met hun klanten proberen te verbinden. Het sturende principe is dat bij ontwikkeling en vernieuwing uiterlijke en innerlijke verandering niet zonder elkaar kunnen en dat de individuele levensloop en die van de organisatie elkaar be\u00efnvloeden.<\/p>\n<p>Er zijn in tien landen ruim vijftig IMO-adviseurs actief. Als zelfstandige ondernemers werken we individueel, doen we gezamenlijke projecten en zijn we internationaal geori\u00ebnteerd. We begeleiden zij individuele mensen, teams en organisaties. Zo is ook ons beeld van de organisaties die mensen oprichten en in stand proberen te houden. Deze meervoudige aspecten zijn vaak niet in harmonie met elkaar en zo ontstaan vraagstukken. Wij stimuleren ze om met anderen de dialoog aan te gaan om zo van elkaar als leiders te leren. En we leren om processen zo in te richten dat anderen, klanten en collega\u2019s als waardevolle mensen voor elkaar zichtbaar worden. Bijvoorbeeld als directeur, leraar, coach, therapeut, ondernemer, HRM-adviseur of wetenschapper.
