Het is een kunst dergelijke processen zo in te richten, dat de betrokken mensen zich er wel bij voelen en daarin succesvol kunnen opereren. De processen worden geleid door proceseigenaren, gekozen door de top, die het gehele proces sturen en tot een goed einde brengen.
