2 weeks ago, we held workshop in Kibutz Dalia, we had waldorf elementary and high schools managers.
Some managers from Waldorf, some are new in Waldorf area. We spoke about the managers and leaders role. We also asked what does it means for us? We point out the challenges and made the role map for the future.
