O livro prop\u00f5e a Metodologia para Lideran\u00e7a Horizontal e Organiza\u00e7\u00f5es Integradas (HOLIO), resultado de 17 anos de pesquisa-a\u00e7\u00e3o desenvolvida inicialmente com a Funda\u00e7\u00e3o NPI, posteriormente com a Funda\u00e7\u00e3o IMO e outros parceiros de pesquisa, no \u00e2mbito do Conselho Nacional de Pesquisa da It\u00e1lia.<\/p><p>Como membro do conselho da Funda\u00e7\u00e3o IMO, Erica foi respons\u00e1vel pela miss\u00e3o de aprofundar e renovar os aspectos cient\u00edficos da metodologia utilizada na IMO, e o livro pretende ser tamb\u00e9m uma contribui\u00e7\u00e3o nesse sentido para os colegas da Funda\u00e7\u00e3o IMO. O texto j\u00e1 havia sido publicado na It\u00e1lia em 2020, pela editora Francoangeli, s\u00e9rie AIF (Associa\u00e7\u00e3o Nacional de Formadores), com o t\u00edtulo &#8220;Rumo a um humanismo da vida organizacional: gerando desenvolvimento na complexidade com lideran\u00e7a horizontal&#8221;. A vers\u00e3o em ingl\u00eas foi atualizada e enriquecida com novas contribui\u00e7\u00f5es, e \u00e9 apresentada pelo f\u00edsico qu\u00e2ntico Federico Faggin e por Filippo Abramo, ex-presidente da associa\u00e7\u00e3o europeia de RH.
