My approach lies in bringing together people from all levels of the organization who work on change through dialogue. IMO models and exercises help me as an organizational consultant to further clients and their tasks.<\/p>\n<p>As a facilitator, I like to establish a good process. Through an intervision method, I guide professionals with their issues. With a group of experts, we explore different directions for solutions and I help the contributor find the next step!<\/p>\n<p>I am skilled in facilitating a philosophical conversation. I once heard a practical philosopher say: \u201cBeing truly curious about the other and the question\u201d that\u2019s what matters in a philosophical conversation.
