I have always believed in the strength of teamwork but also in the importance of balanced and horizontal leadership that encourages the birth of a spirit of co-entrepreneurship within companies and work groups. I think that true leaders are those who manage to ignite the desire to participate and the enthusiasm around projects, having a clear understanding of the ethical responsibility that derives from their power and which has real repercussions on the lives of the people they lead and, in a broader perspective on society.<\/p>\n<p>Beyond the specific sector skills, the experience gained during company management, combined with a lively, curious and positive approach and good communication skills with people, has allowed me to achieve complex goals. The last few years spent between Italy and the UK, leading a team of \u201cdigital natives\u201d, I have added a new extension to the already solid work experience.
