In my youth, I initiated and founded a youth movement and a training center. I worked in informal education settings.<\/p>\n<p>In 2003, together with several other people, we initiated and established a Waldorf school called \u201cOded\u201d, the sixth school in Israel. At the school, I worked in various management teams, including external management team, internal management team and administrative management team.
