\nI accompany people and organizations in change processes with a focus on meaning, resilience and sustainable development. My approach combines scientific concepts with intuitive, holistic methods from spirituality and mindfulness.
\nAs a medical doctor with experience in holistic medicine and 21 years of leadership experience in business, including as co-CEO, I understand how individual and organizational development work together. I support companies and managers in consciously shaping change, strengthening values and developing sustainable structures that put people at the center.<\/p>\n
