Good decisions resulting from good cooperation \u2013 whether in the business or non-profit sector \u2013 are associated with a feeling of ease, correctness and trust, even in critical phases. My work as a consultant and coach takes place in this area of tension. It is always about development.\u00a0Currently, my main focus is on horizontal leadership and startups.
