Joined the Rummelsberger Br\u00fcderschaft in 1980. Trained as a deacon; studied social pedagogy\/social work; trained in Gestalt counseling (Fritz Perls Institute) and mediation (ISKA); many years of professional and management experience in child and youth welfare.
