Lanmiao Ye joined IMO China in January 2024. He has finished IMO Masterclass, The Conscious Soul, IMO School and studied anthroposophy for some years.<\/p>\n
He has his startup since 2010 and right now has a joint venture with a Germany Company with 110 years history of specialized pipeline company. This joint venture has established about 12 years.\u00a0He\u00a0has two kids going to Waldorf school so that he has a keen interest in anthroposophy and its related areas. He also has aspiration for self-organized company and awakened business and three-fold community development. He started to explore organizational transformation in 2017. Although it has not been successfully implemented, but\u00a0 some internal practical experience and understanding of human and organizational development has been rooted.<\/p>\n
He encountered IMO by chance in 2021, and there was a feeling of regret for not meeting earlier. There is a new perspective for personal leadership development, organizational and community development. With the core method of process, dialogue and biography, it is very clever to achieve unexpected gains. In life and work, IMO has become an inspiration for reflection and taking the next step invisibly, and he looks forward to having more in-depth practice and promoting IMO\u2019s methodology towards community development and helping organizations in need.<\/p>\n
After completing his studies in marketing at university in 2000, he chose the hottest industry at the time and joined a large management software company to work in sales and as a product manager for IT software. He had the opportunity to travel all over the country and work at the group headquarters, where he met a variety of interesting colleagues from different companies and got valuable experience in understanding customer needs and working with colleagues. he also developed good work habits and skills, and he was full of passion and enjoyment toward his work.<\/p>\n
He worked as Sales Manager, Assistant General Manager, Secretary to the Board of Directors, and Head of the Marketing Center at a company that was preparing for an IPO from 2004 to 2009. During this period, he gained some experience in work methods, management knowledge, IPO listing, and corporate operation, but he was confused and helpless when it came to human nature and organizational development, and the driving forces of society.
